Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Waypoint Coaching Pty Ltd (“Waypoint Coaching”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through antoineletard.com. We aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we collect

We only collect the personal information you choose to give us. This may include:

• your name, email address and, if you provide it, your phone number
• what you would like support with and your preferred contact method
• anything you include in your message or email to us

Please don’t share sensitive health information through the contact form. If it would help to discuss something personal, we can talk about it on a call.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you go ahead, provide coaching. We don’t sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Contact form and email delivery

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to Antoine by email using Resend, an email delivery service. Resend processes the message on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia. Your message and any replies are then held in our email account.

Scheduling

When online booking is available, the booking calendar on our contact page and the “Book a Discovery Call” links are provided by a third-party scheduling service. Any details you enter there are collected by that provider under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can hold the call.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn’t use advertising cookies or analytics tracking. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy to explain what is collected.

Embedded videos

Podcast videos on this site are hosted by YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video plays through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may collect information under its own privacy policy.

External links

The site links to other websites, including LinkedIn, YouTube and YouTube Music. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don’t control.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we keep it only for as long as we need it to respond to you, provide coaching or meet legal obligations.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).
