About Antoine
At 39, I realised I was living on autopilot.
I’m Antoine LeTard, an executive and life coach in Sydney and a technology executive who has spent his career leading people and growing businesses. The coaching I offer grew out of my own turnaround. It began more than a decade ago, with a photo of myself I didn’t recognise.

The turning points
Change or stay the same.I changed.
- Autopilot
Moving through life without choosing it
Until 39, I was drinking too much, staying out late and not taking care of myself or my young family. I didn’t know any different. I was running a program that I didn’t install, but one I thought was working for me, to the detriment of everyone else around me.
- Fit before 40
A photo I didn’t recognise
Seeing that photo, I decided I would be fit before 40. My wife connected me with a personal trainer, and through some tough love I began to find my ground again.
- Ripple effect
The body first, then everything else
The changes showed up in my body, then in my sleep, and eventually in my relationship with myself and my family. Getting healthier gave me room to become more aware of the impact my thoughts, attitudes and behaviours had on others. Unfortunately, it wasn’t always positive.
- Awareness
Meeting mindfulness
A mindful leadership conference opened my eyes to meditation and mindfulness. It led me to a six-month program with the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, exploring meditation, mindfulness, neuroscience and self-awareness.
- Choice
Seeing the patterns
For the first time, I could see the negative beliefs and patterns playing out in my life. I had a choice to change or to stay the same. I chose to change, and from that decision, everything else began to shift.
- Intention
Living and leading differently
My relationships flourished and my career opened up. I brought mindful leadership into the teams I led, and saw stronger cultures, better wellbeing and improved performance follow.
- Now
Passing on what I learned the hard way
I believe others can benefit from the lessons it took me years to learn. There is still work to do, but I’m a long way from where I began.
A question I keep asking
“How can I be a better man today than I was yesterday?”
Two ideas at the heart of how I coach.
Intentionality
What we think, believe, say and do has an impact, one way or another. So why not choose for it to be a positive one?
Beliefs
We grow up believing things about ourselves and the world, often picked up from our parents and mostly without noticing. Until we stop and ask whether a belief is helping or hurting us, we keep playing out the program.
Why I coach
I coach because I believe in the power of the human spirit. However, the spirit is not always easy to hear, see or feel under the lifetime of conditioning we function within. Often the beliefs we hold, or the voices we hear that hold us back, are not ours. They could belong to a parent, a teacher, a friend or an experience that we have internalised and then play out, day after day, year after year. I coach because this was true for me. Some wise teachers helped me believe, see, hear and feel differently – and I want to do the same for you, so that you may live a life that is true to who you are as a human being, which then has a profound impact on who you become as a partner, parent and professional.
I blend science and spirituality into a thoughtful, heart-centred approach, and I genuinely see the whole person. I have no agenda other than to see the person I am coaching flourish in life.
Leadership, mindfulness and personal growth are not separate projects. What I learned about my own health, beliefs and relationships changed how I led, and the teams I led changed with it. That connection sits at the centre of my coaching.
The executive side
I still lead in technology today.
I understand the mindset it takes to transform people and places, the strategies that drive growth and the discipline of creating value for strategic enterprise accounts. That experience sits in every coaching conversation.

My vision is to help people connect with heart, and to let that ripple out to their families, teams and communities.
Alongside my work with leaders and professionals, I offer one-to-one coaching and mentoring for young men, helping them find their own true north. There is so much online noise shaping how they see their worth, and I believe I have a role to play.
Your next waypoint
It starts with one conversation.
